The Evergreen Recipe Project

Because some recipes were never written down

The Evergreen Recipe Project is an archive of handwritten family recipes, sent in and preserved exactly as they were written.

It's FREE to contribute a family recipe!

Why this exists

I used to think there would be time. Time to write down what my grandmother never measured, time to ask my dad how he made the bread we all loved. That time ran out before I did anything about it. This project exists so it doesn't run out on your family too. Every recipe here was sent to us, written on paper, in someone's own handwriting, and kept exactly as it arrived. Not typed. Not retyped into a font. The real thing, the way they wrote it. Somewhere in your family, like in mine, there's a recipe that only exists in someone's memory. Get it onto paper, in their own handwriting, before it's too late.
