Shipping policy

Where we ship
For now, we only ship to addresses in the United States. We hope to add more countries later.

Mail Club envelopes
Shipping on Mail Club envelopes is always free. They go out by regular mail around the 5th of each month, starting December 5, 2026. Most arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Printed volumes
Printed volumes are made and shipped by our printer, so they come in a separate package. The shipping cost is shown before you pay. This includes the free volume for yearly members, where you only pay the shipping.

Moving?
Update your address in your account, or email us, by the 25th of the month so the next envelope finds you.

Lost or damaged mail
If something doesn't show up within 15 business days, or arrives damaged, email paul@evergreenrecipeproject.com and we'll make it right.
