Cancellation policy

The two plans
The Mail Club comes in two plans. The monthly plan is $14.95 a month. The yearly plan is $179.40, paid once, for twelve monthly envelopes, plus one free printed volume of recipes.

When you're charged
On the monthly plan, you're charged the day you join, and then on the same day each month. On the yearly plan, you're charged once the day you join, and then once a year on that same date. Each charge pays for your next envelope.

Your plan renews on its own
Both plans keep going until you cancel. If you're on the yearly plan, we'll email you a reminder at least 15 days, and no more than 45 days, before you're charged for another year. The email will tell you the price and how to cancel.

How to cancel
You can cancel online any time. Log in to your account on our website and tap Cancel, or email paul@evergreenrecipeproject.com with the word Cancel in the subject line. We'll send you an email to confirm.

Taking a break
Need a break instead? You can pause your plan from your account page and start it again whenever you like. While your plan is paused, you won't be charged and no envelopes will go out.

What happens when you cancel
On the monthly plan, you won't be charged again, and any envelope you've already paid for will still come. On the yearly plan, see our Refund Policy for what we give back.

When envelopes go out
Envelopes go out around the 5th of each month. The first ones go out December 5, 2026. If you join by the 25th, your first envelope goes out on the 5th of the next month. If you join after the 25th, your first envelope goes out the month after that. For example, join by November 25 and your first envelope goes out December 5. Join on November 26 and it goes out January 5.

Your free printed volume
Yearly members get one free printed volume of their choice, starting with Volume One, planned for spring 2027. You only pay the shipping on the book.

If our prices change
We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change. You can cancel before the new price starts.
